We were nearing the end of our 4th lease on a Honda Accord. We had been looking into the Subaru Outback and really liked the idea of changing things up a bit. I contacted Larry H Miller Subaru (our Accords were leased through Larry H Miller Honda) because we were familiar with the Larry H Miller dealerships. We initially began our search online. We do not like to spend a lot of time negotiating at a dealership. I was able to do the majority of the negotiating with Scott over the phone. He bent over backwards to work with us and make this leasing experience a very positive one. We appreciated all his hard work to get us in the payment we wanted. It was so wonderful to know we could come to the dealership, chose the color we wanted and drive away with our new leased Outback in only an hours time. We appreciated Scott's appreciation of our time and hope to be able to work with him when we come back for our next lease! More
This was our 5th Subaru, so we already knew the quality of the Larry H. Miller organization from having service done on my 2009 Legacy. My wife and I had already done our homework and picked the 2014 Fo of the Larry H. Miller organization from having service done on my 2009 Legacy. My wife and I had already done our homework and picked the 2014 Forester as her next vehicle. We didn't need to spend a lot of time, just needed to see what accessory levels and colors were available, get a fair price for her 10-year-old Mazda, and be on our way. Harmon was extremely on the ball, he knew the features of each of the accessory levels at the tip of his tongue, so we narrowed that down and then took a look through the lot. My wife was able to pick the color she wanted in the accessory level we wanted in 10 minutes. Meanwhile our trade-in was being appraised, so by the time we walked back in from the lot, we had a tentative deal. With only a little back and forth, we settled on a fair deal all around. Then Harmon took us through the controls and dashboard features (this is not trivial anymore) and we drove off. A very clean deal !! We have been extremely happy with the new Forester and can't wait for enough snow to really use that All Wheel Drive. More
I love my new Outback. I come from a Subaru family, so I knew what I wanted when I visited the dealership. Scott was very friendly and helpful as he let us take multiple test drives until we picked out our knew what I wanted when I visited the dealership. When looking for a 2014 Forester to purchase I had inquiries in with several regional dealerships. At the time none of them had the exact model I was looking for. I ultimately settled on Larry Miller inquiries in with several regional dealerships. At the time none of them had the exact model I was looking for. I ultimately settled on Larry Miller because Harmon was on the ball letting me know the minute the model I wanted came into the lot. He provided me with all the information I needed to make my decision. He was very polite and easy to communicate with. I felt no high pressure from him, just good honest salesmanship. I feel like we came to a good agreement on price. I would have liked, of course, to get it down a little lower but considering the popularity of the car I think I probably got a pretty good deal. He was great at explaining all the new features of the 2014 Forester and helped me set up my phone on Bluetooth. He was more than willing to spend as much time as I needed to figure things out. And now I know I can call him anytime if I have a question. He frequently follows up with me to make sure I'm still loving my Forester. The other personnel I dealt with we're equally courteous and helpful. More
My Wife and I traded in out 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee for a 2012 Honda Odyssey. My wife found the Honda online and we met at the dealership on our lunch break. Scott Patton was our sales rep and he was very polite and professional. He drove us to the lot the Honda was parked in and showed us several other options as well. Scott wasn't pushy and gave us plenty of time to talk privately. We asked if Scott would hold the vehicle until we got off work that evening so we could give the car a thorough inspection. The wife and I loved it. There were some items missing from the car like an owners manual and the wireless headphones. Scott, without us having to ask, told us he would order them at no cost to us. We decided this was the car for us and we started the paperwork. I was worried I might get a low ball offer on our trade in so I did some research and had a number in mind. Scott looked at our Jeep an offered exactly what it was worth according to NADA. I WAS THRILLED!!! While we were signing all the paperwork Scott took the car and filled it with gas. I have purchased several cars and never once have I left the dealership full of gas. We have now owned the Honda for several months and we LOVE it. By far the best car buying experience we have ever had. For the first week our kids would kiss the car before they went to bed... I know.. They are weird... Scott Patton and staff thank you. More
