I recently purchased a new Subaru vehicle at Larry H. Miller in Boise and the experience was great. I was so glad when I came to Larry H Miller with a relatively specific idea of a used Outback in mind (which happened to be high in demand), and found the perfect one just in time. Aaron was wonderful to work with. I had a 2004 Toyota highlander to trade in and a very specific cash budget. I explained what features I was looking for in a newer used car. I also told him that if we could not work within these parameters that I would not waste his time. He said he could make it work. He explained how the Larry H Miller dealership works with the Subaru dealerships across the country in determining the value of my trade-in. He showed me two cars that met my requirements and pointed out additional features on both that I had not thought of. He did not try to talk me into anything outside of my budget. Within minutes he had a firm trade-in value that was more than I expected. When we returned from the test drive he provided me with an out-the-door quote that was under my budget. Wow!!! I could even afford the extended bumper-to-bumper warranty. The dealership also provides free oil changes and tire rotation for the first year as well as free car washes as long as I own the vehicle. Before I left the dealership with my new purchase I was introduced to the service manager and an appointment was scheduled for my first oil change. Aaron listened to me and didn't try to make me "stretch" my budget like the Toyota dealership tried to do. The dealership even let me purchase the car and let it sit on their lot for a few weeks until I was able to get the car driven to my new home in SE Boise. After I arrived in Boise, Jeremy was available to meet with me to show me the benefits of my new Forester. More

When my wife and I visited your Subaru dealership in Boise, looking for a car, our salesperson was Scott Patton. Scott first worked with my wife and they test drove a few cars. Both of us then visited Boise, looking for a car, our salesperson was Scott Patton. Scott first worked with my wife and they test drove a few cars. Both of us then visited with Scott and test drove another Subaru. Scott was very knowledgeable and patient with us as we considered different vehicles. We finally decided on an Outback that was on the showroom floor. Since that purchase took place nearly a year ago, Scott, along with other staff at Larry Miller Subaru have been great to deal with. Your service department is really nice to work with. On a recent visit for an oil change, I had a bug shield installed as well. The shield did not appear to fit properly after I looked at it in the sun. Your service department told me to return the car at my convenience, which I later did, and a new bug shield was installed that looks great! Scott has also been very responsive to any questions that I have had on my new Outback. He assisted me with configuring our cell phones to the cars wireless system. He also provided instructions on how to program my garage door opener into the cars garage door system. When Scott is at the dealership when I stop by for a car wash coupon, he is always friendly and at the least, waves to me, even while in the middle of working with customers. I have not had this experience with other car dealerships and its employees in the past as I have with Scott Patton and Larry Miller Subaru. My husband and I needed a new car but couldn't decide on which car or dealership we wanted. The very first time we met Neil and test drove with him, he was patient, pleasant and attentive to every questi on which car or dealership we wanted. The very first time we met Neil and test drove with him, he was patient, pleasant and attentive to every question and request we had. He wasn't pushy or overbearing in any way and we eventually made the decision to purchase our car from Larry Miller Subaru. Right after we signed for the car, we signed adoption papers for Neil.
