My husband and I stopped by Larry Miller just to take a peek at a Mini Cooper that was on the lot with No intention of getting a new vehicle. After looking at the vehicle, I asked if we could look at the S peek at a Mini Cooper that was on the lot with No intention of getting a new vehicle. After looking at the vehicle, I asked if we could look at the Subaru Crosstrek. We looked at a new Hybrid and knew that a hybrid wasn't really what were into. I was able to test drive a 2013 premium automatic. I fell in love with it and my husband new we were coming home with it when we returned from the dealership. Yeah- We bought it. I had to have it. Dick Wilson greeted us from the get go and was there to send us on our merry way with our new Subie. He was very friendly and personable. He knew so much about Subarus, inside and out. He didn't quiz us on what we had already known (which wasn't much) and was very confident in the knowledge that he was giving us. Paul Krake was very warm and welcoming. We actually felt comfortable each time we walked in and out of the dealership. You would think that everyone that worked there was one big happy family. Aaron was straight to the point when going over the paperwork and explained everything clearly. He's obviously good at what he does. Overall- we were very pleased that we visited Larry miller. They worked with us the best that they could and we were able to take home a very nice (almost new) Crosstrek that suits our needs much more than the dodge Dakota that I traded in! I was looking for a fuel-efficient vehicle I could use to travel to and from work as well as haul items (including my drums) around town in. My wife and I stopped at Larry Miller to look at new Subaru's for a family car. Vinny welcomed us and after listening to our needs and questions showed us the Crosstrek, Forrester and Outback. He was re Subaru's for a family car. Vinny welcomed us and after listening to our needs and questions showed us the Crosstrek, Forrester and Outback. He was responsive and patient as he explained the features of all the vehicles and we test drove each one. He was also patient and not pushy as we discussed our options between us and deliberated on our choices. We finally selected the Crosstrek model. Vinny was diligent in getting us through the purchasing and financing processing, answering any questions along the way. We feel we received a great deal on the vehicle and the overall experience was pleasant and easy. We drove our new car home that afternoon and are very happy with the purchase. They were friendly, attentive, not pushy, helpful afterwards too. When I first came in I was able to schedule an appointment and when we came to actually buy the vehicle I was able to schedule then afterwards too. Harmon was also very helpful explaining the instrumentation on Saturday when I came back to get some of the package stuff I bought installed. He also helped me by phone when I had issues with the lights at night. The day we bought it I had to get back to work so didn't have time for all the explanations about what all the buttons, etc. do. I was on the hunt for some cheap transportation for my college student. I had pretty much been to all the major dealerships in Boise and several private parties without finding a decent car.
