Unapproved service work done, without requested or approved Had our car serviced after breaking down out of state. The dealer was able to do repairs and suggested to replace a part not in stock. Boise’s service department had the part and a appointment was set to do the repair. They did the repair plus added several other parts not approved or requested while I was setting in the waiting room. Had 3 1/4 hrs of labor charge for the repair that Utah did in 1 1/4 service????? Poor communications for sure. More

Service I paid 80 plus dollars to have the rear view mirror fixed. Three times we brought this in to have repaired. A promised repair when buying the car. When I bought the car i was advised that along with my 43K purchase came a session with a t This is my second car purchase in a row from Larry Miller. When I bought the car i was advised that along with my 43K purchase came a session with a technology adviser and a $25 gas coupon. The help was good but when I asked for the money I was advised that I was over the 45 day limit on the offer although no such limit was communicated to me at the time of sale. $25 seems like not much on a 45K sale to keep a return customer happy. I am not happy. Secondly I had the car serviced which was basically an oil change. It took an hour and a half and now my car is leaking oil all over my driveway and garage. Again I am not a happy customer. I am going out right now to jack my car up and see what the heck happened or did not happen to my oil pan. Would invite a call from Larry Millers. They have my number. More
