Fixing a recalled part So i got valve spring replacement for a recall and apparently my clutch is going bad. They went ahead and called my mom and not me to see if we wanted them to fix it. When I went in there in the first place i gave them my name and phone number. My moms name isn't on my car at all. So she tells them not to fix it and now they want to charge me twoce the price to replace the clutch. For some reason my name isn't on any of the paperwork they gave me after the repair. How can you have my name on everything before the repair and after my name isn't on anything. And sine the repair my car sounds like something is loose and smells like rubber is burning. Avoid this place if you can. I also dropped my car off before work and when i was getting my rental i had to sit and wait for them to go put gas in it because they weret prepared. Now for the review they texted the link to my phone number. This place needs to get their act together. More

"How can we get more of your money?" I had a problem with my lease and the only solution LHM would offer is for me to spend more money. I expressed my dissatisfaction, and the manager cal I had a problem with my lease and the only solution LHM would offer is for me to spend more money. I expressed my dissatisfaction, and the manager callback turned into a 20 minute sales pitch (and the issue went unresolved with no further follow up, since it was clear I wasn't spending additional money). I wouldn't recommend LHM to anyone. More

Horrible customer service! No one acknowledged me when I walked in, and the person who finally helped me told me I just needed to sign the documents; he actually told me twice a No one acknowledged me when I walked in, and the person who finally helped me told me I just needed to sign the documents; he actually told me twice as I was trying to read what I was signing. After I signed, he told me to go through the double doors on the other side of the service bay to find my car. I had to use my key fob to locate my vehicle; no one offered to bring it to me and it was not visible from the service center. When I got in my car, I noticed that a small piece of the shift console was missing. So, I drove my vehicle back into the service bay, and told an employee what was wrong. He never apologized and told me like it was a nuisance that I'd have to go back inside to get it taken care of. I was then told that the service person was trying to find the missing part in their toolbox and that if they couldn't find it, the dealership would mail it to me. Seriously?!?!?!!! Finally, after another 20 minutes of waiting, my car was brought back into the service bay. No one ever said sorry for the wait, we appreciate your business, or anything remotely resembling customer service. I will never take my vehicle her again. More

The service department was very helpful. I was given a loaner vehicle because it did take a couple of days to get it repaired. I purchased my Subaru at Larry Miller and has always had it serviced there. I will continue to use Larry Miller Subaru on Fairview. More

We took it to Larry Miller for express service since it was due and this was our first experience with the dealership. I was so very impressed. The service advisor was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable in terms of what was needed and he indicated it would take about 1 hour (a busy Saturday morning at 11AM). Indeed, the job was completed in about 1 hour and he had me on my way. Reviewed everything with me. I had a chance to look at the service area and it was neat and clean and the service techs were busy at work. I was very impressed and we will keep using them for our Subaru service and would use them for a new or used Subaru, too. More
