Great Experience I had been looking for a vehicle for myself for over a month. I ran into their Advertisement about a huge sale happening in Boise. My husband and I traveled there to test drive and see what was available. I was greated by a salesman named Brett. I told him what I was looking for after test driving and looking at different vehicles. I was able to find a great car and got a great deal on it. My credit has not been the best and I still was qualified. We even got to try Rusty Dogs. There was no pressure to buy no forcing of a vehicle we didn't want. I have not had a new vehicle since 2000 and it was the best experience. I was so nervous and I was treated with professionalism and great service. More

Recall part and oil change This dealership is awful. I had a recall on my car that they needed to replace a part. I made an appointment after a few attempts. A few days later I received an email confirmation with the wrong info. I tried calling back several times but was either on hold excessively long or no one knew where to send me. I finally decided to just take it in at the day and time they first told me. We also had them do an oil change. When I picked it up the next day and was driving home I noticed the tire pressure light was on. When I got home I checked paperwork and it said they checked that with everything else, which makes me wonder what else they lied about. 75 dollars for an oil change at least put air in my tires please. Never again! More

The service staff are nice and explain what was done and if there were any issues, which I had none. I love Subaru and will be the only place I purchase another vehicle. More

Since 2015 Cody's job had changed & he had Larry Haviland help me with all of the details They were wonderful & Larry called me every Monday on an update as to when my new car would arrive.
