Wait time / call in line No one picked up on dealer’s service line to set up appt. Once at dealer, waited at least 10 min for service agent to check in for oil change. Pre-paid service agreement apparently expired with out notification so had to pay out of pocket for oil change that I already paid for. More

2012 Forester starter replacement About a month ago a soft plug in the engine needed replacement. The engine was pulled to replace the soft plug. After that we noticed a chirping noise when starting the car. It was diagnosed as the starter going bad. The starter was replaced in a timely manner. Our service writer Chris Hayes has always been great to with. Mr. Gallegos cashed us out and he was very helpful. More

Buying a used car for an elderly lady. All of the representatives were gentleman, informative, knowledgeable and interested in my needs. I was able to find a vehicle that met my likes and All of the representatives were gentleman, informative, knowledgeable and interested in my needs. I was able to find a vehicle that met my likes and needs. My grandson had used the internet to help find a vehicle that would meet my needs. The representatives were helpful—-my one problem was that it took longer than I had planned. I now understand all the paper work is necessary so it was not the representatives fault. We talked to several representatives, each with a different job. To be honest the Only representative I remember was Johnathan ? And the man who had me fill out the final papers. More
Customer Service I didn’t work with the Chris assigned to me. He wasn’t at his desk anytime I was so I worked with another guy, Jake, who was very Customer Service ori I didn’t work with the Chris assigned to me. He wasn’t at his desk anytime I was so I worked with another guy, Jake, who was very Customer Service oriented. I know they are very busy; however, I was told by Hugh it would be best to have my own ride to pick up my car, which I didn’t have; hence using the dealership shuttle. I found out my car had been ready earlier and was sitting there because I wasn’t made aware of it was completed by Chris. Being busy is what a company wants but telling customers how busy they are is no excuse not to be aware of what is going on to assist customers. I don’t feel I was taken care of by either Chris or Hugh but by Brian, who picked me up and Jake (who helped me at the dealership). Customers do remember treatment by the ones assisting them!!! More

BRETT was down at the Fairgrounds and let my partner and I take the vehicle for a test drive. He wasn't pushy and let us think about it. I went to the dealership four days later to find him. He showed me the community garden they have on site and the dog park. The manager JEFF came in and introduced himself. Then BRIAN lead me through the paperwork after my decision was made. They are top notch in my book and will compel me to return. Thank you BRETT, JEFF, and BRIAN! More
