Superb parts staff and service staff Traveling around the country and needed a set of new tires for Subaru Outback. Called a half dozen dealers within a days drive. Only the team at Larry Miller Subaru in Boise was willing to call around and find the OEM tires I used. Everyone else said it would be 5 to 7 days. The guys at Larry Miller said they would get them on a truck from Nevada overnight and to come by in the morning. Excellent check in and customer attention when I arrived. I wish this crew worked at my local Subaru dealer. Well done! More

Head Spinning I knew I wanted a very safe car that allowed me to drive from point A to point B without having to worry about what kind of day the people in the othe I knew I wanted a very safe car that allowed me to drive from point A to point B without having to worry about what kind of day the people in the other cars where having. Subaru has that safety reputation. The Crosstek Limited had all the features and the size that made me feel safe driving from point A to point B, but Larry H. Miller Subaru had even one more amazing thing going for them the Saturday I came to visit. It had Kent! He was the man that listened to my story. Kent found the car that I ultimately let stop by "itself", on the Franklin off-ramp, behind a car, with a car behind me, with my sister and her husband in the back seat. That's how safe and sure I felt after spending so much time with Kent explaining the safety features of the Crosstek, and then, test driving it to the Franklin stoplight where, I knew, we would all be safe. I knew the car would stop. Whoa! Thanks Kent! Also, thanks, Brian, for your friendly help and conversation. Best of luck to your family. More
Horrible service--Again. So, I had a horrible experience with Larry H. Miller Chrysler. My wife bought a car from their Subaru dealership. First service was okay. Second? They So, I had a horrible experience with Larry H. Miller Chrysler. My wife bought a car from their Subaru dealership. First service was okay. Second? They warned her the Oil change package we bought with the car was "expiring." Then? A nail in the sidewall of the tire, unrepairable. Only on further examination, it was not in the tire, and we bought a tire we did not need to. She complained to the service manager, no response at all. Of course, a single tire offers no warranty--so we're out the money. Second time in for a low tire warning? This time the nail is coincidentally in the sidewall too. Except it's not. It's in the tread. Their solution? Buy another new tire? So we would have purchased half a set of tires, still with no warranty. So if the same thing happens next month? Solution from Larry Miller? Buy another new tire. NOPE. So we took it to another tire place. Who fixed the tire no problem. And our plan? Buy a brand new set of tires for a brand new car, ones with a road hazard warranty this time, since apparently that is not covered on a new car, even though the tires were brand new, premium upgrades. We would have been better off to buy the car with the cheaper tires, and have a different shop put them on so we would at least have a road hazard warranty. This is ridiculous. We're done with the Larry Miller family of dealers, and you should be too. More

Fantastic staff The salesman, Peter, was friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and courteous. I felt that the staff went the extra mile to get me the vehicle I wanted.
