Friendly, fast service! I was greeted as soon as I pulled in to the express service lane. My service visit took about 45 minutes, and while I waited I strolled to a nearby re I was greeted as soon as I pulled in to the express service lane. My service visit took about 45 minutes, and while I waited I strolled to a nearby restaurant for a take-away snack. Both leaving and returning to the dealership staff held the door for me and made sure I was being helped in unobtrusive ways. Truly a wonderful experience! More

He also found that we had a problem with our transmission and got it fixed under warranty. Great communication and provided a loaner car while I waited. Good experience overall. Poor service from the the Service Department Pulling to the Service Garage, I was greeted by a young man that said “What are you here for today?” Which I replied, “I have a service appointment”. Pulling to the Service Garage, I was greeted by a young man that said “What are you here for today?” Which I replied, “I have a service appointment”. He then exclaimed “For what?!”. I told him what I was there for and he said to go inside. So I walk in the doors and talk to the gal in one of the kiosks and tell her what I’m doing and she immediately locates my information and gets my car checked in. The young man from outside then comes in, scowls at me and says “Oh, so you’re working with her now?!” Then throws what seems to be a fit and says something about moving his hat. After getting my car back, all my settings are changed and my steering wheel was adjusted. If I take my car in, I would expect that is the exact same or in better condition than when I dropped it off. Needless to say, not a good experience. I also felt like I was inconveniencing the young man by even being there. My car is just about 3 years old and we may be in the market for an upgrade soon, and I can tell you based on that interaction, I’ll be reconsidering purchasing from Larry Miller ever again, let alone recommend it to anyone else. More

Disappointed in how they left the car We had a recall to replace part of the passenger side airbag. That was done but in the process they turned our lights from auto to off. This almost caused an accident as I didn’t notice the problem last night when I was driving with the lights off. It is completely unacceptable to change any feature in a vehicle without notifying the customer. More
Entire appointment was erased. My appointment was scheduled, I even had the confirmation email. But upon showing up, there was no appointment. The service rep told me “no worries, I have time.” Which is great, but he didn’t apologize or seem to care that I had spent 20 minutes on the phone making the appointment, just for it to disappear. I dropped my car off at 830, he was supposed to diagnose some things and get back to us before doing any work. 4 hours later, I still hadnt heard anything. When I called, the women that answered told me “he has a line of customers and will call at his convenience.” Lastly, we had 120k mileage service done, which includes tire rotation, but were charged for tire rotation on top of that. The whole experience was really bad! Which shocked me, because I have been to this location a few times and have never been treated this way. More
