Oil Change, Tire Rotation, and Car Wash Overall the dealership does pretty well whenever I used them. The prices are pretty steep, of course. While the prices are steep you know you are typically getting quality service. I use them for just about every service and my only real complaint came from my most recent visit. I purchase the $165 3 pack (tire rotation, oil change, and wash). It is a little bit on the higher end, but it is definitely a better deal. I figured by spending my money on the pack and being a loyal customer I could expect top notch service. It was for the most part until it came to the car wash. I do accounting for a detail shop that I worked at throughout college so I may be a little more picky when it comes to the wash, however, a bad wash can lead to serious damage on subaru paint which is not of the best quality. The wash was probably one of the worst I've had. There were large spots of water from failure to dry properly, my back window had dirt still smeared all over it, and my trunk didn't look like it had even been washed. I get it isn't a detail shop, but stuff like this can cause serious damage that costs serious money to fix. Luckily I paid attention and instantly washed the car myself. More
