Serviced car but forgot car wash The service took about two hours which was fine, but I asked for a car wash and even purchased the service package that includes a car wash and when I The service took about two hours which was fine, but I asked for a car wash and even purchased the service package that includes a car wash and when I picked up my vehicle it was clearly dirty. It may not seem like a big deal, but it’s frustrating to me because I had a screaming infant and didn’t want to wait around to ask them to wash it. I’ve taken my car to a car wash in town and they damaged the paint, so I waited for a long time until I could take my car in for service at Larry Miller Subaru and get it washed. It’s also difficult with how far the service center is from my home and working full time and having an infant to be able to come back just for a car wash. I was really disappointed. More

Overall Good Experience First of all, I hate buying cars because of what you have to endure - salesmanship. Everybody talks about how friendly the sales people are. Show me a First of all, I hate buying cars because of what you have to endure - salesmanship. Everybody talks about how friendly the sales people are. Show me a salesman who is not friendly and I will show you somebody who is not selling many cars. The real test is when you ask them (dealership) for something where they have to put skin into the game. That is when you find out who they REALLY are. That being said, I'll admit that I go into this process with some attitude. Our sales person, Kyle Haskell, did a good job staying positive with some of my comments. I did rattle the finance person somewhat though. I have a long history of seeing other people and getting burned myself by things they do and say in the finance office. - protection programs and finance rates. But overall, it was a good experience. There were a couple of times where they said they were doing the best they could do, and then they would do better when they saw we had alternatives. They think this makes them look more cooperative, when it shows the opposite - they could have done better all along and didn't. Without rambling on with details here, I'll say it was an overall pleasant experience. As with anything, do your homework before you walk onto the lot because you are in their house when you are dealing. And dealerships are going to extract as much money from you as they possibly can. You are the only one advocating for yourself (even though they try to make s you feel like they are). My last comment is to say we payed sticker price without even asking them to come down. That is the first time we have ever done that. So we made the first concession to try to make this as pleasant experience as possible for everyone. First thing they did was try to short us on our trade in. More

Great Experience I walked in and they were quick to get my car right in for the oil change. After checking in my Outback and receiving an estimate of how long servicing would take, I entered the lounge area, picked up a mocha at the coffee station, and settled into a obscenely cozy over-stuffed chair to read. The service was completed sooner than I had expected, checking out was a breeze. and the only clue that someone else had been in my vehicle was a small tag on the windshield. More
