Our experience was even better than we expected. We had taken test drives at other dealerships, but had been uncomfortable doing business with them. We came into LHM Subaru to look at used vehicles, and were impressed by the professional demeanor and pleasant interactions with the staff from the start. One of us had to leave to take care of our young child, and we were able to have a test drive of an Outback to our home so we could both take a look. We ended up purchasing that car at the end of the day. Thank you, LHM Subaru, for such a good experience! More

The service reception was very friendly but the overall service at this dealer is awful. Long waits and I brought in my 2019 subaru with low tires and they said they could not patch and I had to buy all ne service at this dealer is awful. I was shocked with such a new car and it was gong to be $30 to patch if possible. I took it to commercial tire ant the fixed it no issue and no charge. In addition when I bought my new Subaru last year I was very disappointed when I got home and opened the usb drive and found that I had bought a $3500 warranty. I had only discussed a $700 and $900 warranty with a young cheesy finance guy who talked me into it. I had no idea I signed for an additional warranty. I was pissed and felt very taken advantage of, plus I feel that they should provide all the paperwork in paper for customer to review before signing. Anyhow I do not like this dealer and would never recommend it to anyone. Thankfully I love my Subaru, otherwise I would say don’t ever buy a Subaru based on experience at this dealer. More

satisfactory Did not receive any more than what was expected. Repair to shift lever was completed in about 40 minutes which is what i anticipated. Mostly good but some problems Salesman forgot our appointment to pick up car. Had a recall on my vehicle completed. I asked to have windshield sprayer repaired. Received no call when the part came in. Poor customer service. Called myself to check on the part.
