Everyone works with you to get your paperwork finished and get you on your way in your new car. They go over the features of the car with you, make sure you know the dealership maintenance plans and introduce you to the rest of the staff. Plus, even after you leave the lot, they follow up with you to make sure that you are happy with everything. They are great!!! More

The real folks at Larry Miller’s SW Hyundai in Albuquerque (on Lomas) certainly deserve a cheer. Previous to the visit I had been dealing with Sheryl and Bonnie from the Internet Office, and they hooked me up with Mike, Vernon & the rest of the sales staff (all of whom were knowledgeable, polite and extremely capable) once I entered the actual dealership. I can’t really say enough about how well and fairly I was treated; they even allowed my friend to get his dog out of the van and bring him inside where they provided a bowl of water for him, and played around with him (the dog’s name, BTW, is Rio), keeping him occupied. Having decided upon all the particulars, I visited with Sederick in finance (who had arranged the loan through Hyundai Finance), and he very quickly got us through all the paperwork, and I was good to go in my new car. Amazingly, they had even filled up the gas tank. I was truly impressed. More

Each person was friendly and helpful and answered all questions. I am older and went shopping alone. I am used to some salesmen and service people trying to take advantage of perceived ignorance, often trying to instill fear. Nothing even remotely resembling that happened. I was treated with respect and there were no pressure tactics. I dealt with managers, salesmen, finance people, the whole range. From the receptionist to the service people, everyone was courteous and competent. And they’ve followed up with me to be sure everything is all right. I have used Southwest Hyundai for service since 2008 when I purchased an Elantra. I have never had to wait long to be checked in or out, they aim to please. I just purchased a new car, a red Sonata and Vernon's energy and enthusiasm about the car was apparent. He answered all my questions and was thorough in introducing me to all the wonderful amenities the car had to offer...especially the electronics. Alfonzo, the finance manager, took his time going through the paperwork and made sure I was comfortable with the facts and the agreement. They didn't have the car I wanted but called me within a couple of days when they received some more. We bought a 2011 Hyundai Elantra Ltd. I love this car. We got a great price and are really happy.
