I already had a Genesis Coupe which I had serviced at LH Miller SW Hyundai. I will admit that I wasn't completely satisfied by the performance of a previous service writer and one of the sales staff. I did not personally complain, but neither of these people still work there. To me that indicates that the management of the dealer is willing to take the tough actions necessary to ensure that the customers will be earned. I bought parts from the dealer and had a positive experience. I got the deal I wanted and the support after the sale on my new Genesis Coupe. I also can say that while I am not a special fan of enhanced maintenance plans and finance departments in general. However, I was presented with options that made sense and at a price that will insure my value for years to come. My words are meaningless unless Adam and Ryan deliver for you the way they did for me. I will certainly give Adam Oakey and Ryan Colwell the first shot at my next purchase. More

This place gave me the run around after i got the vehicle and i wanted to cancel the extended warranty the DAY after i got the vehicle. HORRIBLE customer service, they will not call or email you back until and i wanted to cancel the extended warranty the DAY after i got the vehicle. HORRIBLE customer service, they will not call or email you back until about the 5th or 6 time then once i thought everything was straightened out they cancelled the refunded check and they only reason i found out was because my balance on my car went back up... Really frustrating i will NEVER recommend this place. More

I purchased my 2012 Hyudai Tucson with as little hassle as possible. The negotiations went swiftly and smoothly. Plus, I got exactly what I was seeking for my trade-in with out haggling.
