I contacted the dealership as a result of a combination of letter to us from Hyundai offering preapproved financing, plus an email offer that originated from a salesperson after an end-of-month sales meeti of letter to us from Hyundai offering preapproved financing, plus an email offer that originated from a salesperson after an end-of-month sales meeting with the general manager. I was connected with a salesperson, Nick, who arranged an appointment within an hour on the same day to test-drive 3 vehicles that I was interested in from their in-stock vehicles. Nick and Joe (sales) shared the responsibility of arranging the test-drives of the vehicles I wanted to evaluate. Even on this rare and very cold, windy, inclement-weather day, and both salesmen were pleasant and accommodating of our requests to check out the vehicles. Our sales offer was accepted in less than a 1/2 hour, financing paperwork was prepared quickly, and we left the dealership in our new car only 3 hours after arriving. As the transaction was finalized after dark, and we transferred our personal items from our old car to our new car, we did not realize that our new car did not include floor mats until the next day. When I contacted the salesperson the next day, he invited me to stop by and he would arrange to get them installed promptly. When I arrived at the dealership to get the mats, the salesman was involved with another customer, and the general manager greeted me, assisted me in getting a new set of floor mats from the parts department, and even personally installed the mats in my car! Awesome service! This is our family's 13th year and 9th buying experience with SW Hyundai. We continue to patronize this dealership because of the excellent and professional sales and service staff. We have found this service department staff to offer superb service when needed, and have had no reason to shop anywhere else for our vehicles since 2000. More
