I see their interactions with other customers and it's easy to see that all patrons receive the same excellent quality of custome EVERY time I go in. Just purchased a 2011 Genesis and there was a recall on brake fluid, I just reached 10000 miles, and the cruise control would not work and a warning light came on saying to take it in for service. Called a brake fluid, I just reached 10000 miles, and the cruise control would not work and a warning light came on saying to take it in for service. Called and made an appointment, the person I spoke with was very professional and explained I could get a ride into work. Issue was the person I worked with and he was great, they changed the brake fluid, performed some routine maintenance and ordered a part for the cruise control. The part came in the next day and I scheduled another appointment and now my cruise is working again. Everything was timely, professional, helpful, and pleasant - what more could I ask for? More
