I have been coming to this dealership for about a year and every time the service department advisors are extremely disrespectful and act like I don’t know anything about my vehicle. They refuse to prefor and every time the service department advisors are extremely disrespectful and act like I don’t know anything about my vehicle. They refuse to preform services I specifically ask for or tell me I need other services performed saying they could cause a safety issue even when I inform they those services have already been preformed or are not needed. My husband is a certified mechanic for the last ten years and has preformed 90% of the services over the years. We are so fed up with the constant disrespect and the failure of this service department even after trying to inform the service manager or writing reviews. We will not be returning an also informing friends and family to not do business with this dealership! More
