A bit far from home but worth it in service My mother had her Toyota TAcoma truck towed to the dealership. It was after hours but the salesperson there allowed her to park it on the property. She is elderly and was essentially stranded there so she spent the night in a nearby hotel. Eric the service manager was great. He was clear on the diagnosis and in helping my mother get set up with a rental car. The receptionist (s) up front were always very helpful too. More
Inconsistent information and bad service I have the Exterior Protection Plus Warranty. For paint dings and dents. My previous visit for an oil change, I asked the question of how it works. I have the Exterior Protection Plus Warranty. For paint dings and dents. My previous visit for an oil change, I asked the question of how it works. I was asked, what is the size of the ding and does it need paint. I said it does need paint. I was told that it can't be done at the dealer but I can take it to a place on Tennessee St and Hyundai will be billed for the repair. My last visit, the person at the service desk didn't know, so I was brought back to the office where the deal is closed and extra warranties are offered. First thing, no we don't do that. Second, well we're new, we will have to ask. Took my info, looked at the car and told me that I will be contacted on Monday. Monday came and went. No nothing! I was also told by the person who sold me the extra warranty that paint will be covered. My signed document has paint ding and dent. I have not used this warranty, so if you're not going to honor it, then I want my money back. I'm feeling mislead and cheated. This is not the way to do ethical business! More
