That is why we went back, however; this time it was not the same. Actually, it was great customer service until after the sale was made. I tried to contact finance with questions on a few different occasions and never received a call back. I considered my question to be very important and time sensitive as well. I felt like once the sale was made, we were no longer important or treated as so. I doubt we would buy another car from here based on the way we have been ignored after the sale. When I called the main line to get in touch with finance their excuse was "they were really busy" which I understand, but they had plenty of time when they were trying to make the sale. We were promised a full tank of gas and detail for a good survey and honestly it's not even worth compromising the validity of the customer service. Honestly - just really unprofessional. I almost want to just take the car back. I am still waiting for a call back. AGAIN - I want to reiterate that the customer service while the sale was being made was excellent. More

Joe Kennedy is great along the techs who serviced my car. Joe Kennedy was waiting outside when he saw I was pulling up to the service area. He immediately made notes from my discussion as to what my issues we Joe Kennedy was waiting outside when he saw I was pulling up to the service area. He immediately made notes from my discussion as to what my issues were and took quick action in writing up the order. I waited less than 10 minutes for a drive back to my house from their driver. All issues were taking care of plus I have additional items which need to be serviced. Joe Kennedy made a tentative appointment for this work to be done in the near future.
