He Took me for a test drive and explained to me what the car I was looking at had and what it offered. From there we worked together to find the best price and monthly payment I could get/afford. Joshua was able to help me get to where I needed to be as well as Vicente. All the salesman were professional, nice and met the needs of customers. It did take a while to complete the purchase, but that can be expected when you come in on the last day of the month. I should say I was told I would get a full tank of gas and it was only filled halfway. On a different note, the amount I was pestered to do this survey was annoying. It's clear these things are very important for the dealership and employee, but I'd suggest doing some research on the effectiveness of surveys in general, they aren't very reliable. I'd bet this is consequence of some corporate mandate which they consequently have no control over. More

She is friendly, and caring. From our first meeting, we are very pleased with Christy. Jared Fuller, our salesperson helped us fine tune our final choice. He gave us unlimited time to see,and test different Tucson's. He was very knowledgeable, and more than willing to explain things, in an easy, and understandable way. With his help, we upgraded to a Tucson Limited. We found our favorite color, and all the accessories that we had wanted. We knew we wanted a Tucson, but Jared helped us into the perfect Tucson. He has a great big smile, and he helped us in every way. He kept his word, and helped us with a great price. Jared has been wonderful with follow up,long after our sale. From the start, we are very pleased with Jared. Flip Torrez,, the General Manager made our deal. He enabled us to purchase our 2016 Hyundai Tucson with a payment that fit our budget.
