How Kaelin Trice handled my "HOT, no A/C" problem. I used to sell new and used cars, so I know firsthand that dealerships get many more complaints than they do compliments. I live in Maryville, I used to sell new and used cars, so I know firsthand that dealerships get many more complaints than they do compliments. I live in Maryville, TN, and in this hot weather, my A/C was out. I called the dealership the day before, and was told the service would be between $32-64. When I walked in the service dept. (on June 29), I was told $139.95. I explained my situation to Kaelin Trice. He checked into the problem and verified that I had been told the amount, but the girl misunderstood me. Kaelin said he would take care of the problem. He was very courteous, professional, and kept me up to date on what was happening. When my service was done, the total bill was $49.85, and Kaelin even had my car washed at no extra cost. In this day and age, I find it rare to deal with a professional person who seems to be "on my side", and who has my best interest in mind. Kaelin Trice is one of those individuals. More
Right Vehicle, Right Price and Excellent Service I was looking for a Hyundai Tuscon and found the one my wife liked at Southwest Hyundai online. My wife called to make sure it was still in stock and I was looking for a Hyundai Tuscon and found the one my wife liked at Southwest Hyundai online. My wife called to make sure it was still in stock and they held it for us until we could arrive the next morning. Jarad took care us when we arrived. The vehicle was waiting for us and he gave us an excellent tutorial of all the features and benefits of the new Tuscon. We were financed and out the door in a couple hours. My wife is very happy with the purchase which of course makes me happy. Nick has made follow up calls to make sure we didn't have any questions and to let us know he can help us when we are ready for our first maintenance check. Thanks Guys! More
