In the service department the person that I left the vehicle with said it would take about 4 hours. 7 hours later I returned to find out what was going on. The guy told me that the car would not be read vehicle with said it would take about 4 hours. 7 hours later I returned to find out what was going on. The guy told me that the car would not be ready till the next day. I kept calling no one would pick up the phone. I kept checking the tracker system and it never moved from receiving. The next day I stop by around noon and the guy told me that they were just at that time putting on the alternator. It was a recall. After the vehicle got home I checked under the hood and realized that my oil dipstick had been broken. The top part was missing with the handle gone. I want to take the vehicle to some other company and see if the recall was done. More
