I felt that the Hyundai Veracruz should have had a higher trade-in value because it had only 62, 225 miles on the odometer. I really had no inclination to purchase a vehicle that day as I went there for service on the Veracruz. The estimate was much higher than expected. I was surprised that the oil pan had such a big dent in it as I never heard a thud while driving. More

This problem has been on-going issue with several unsuccessful visits to our local Dodge dealer. Mr. Courtney expedited the repair and we where back on the road by noon - with a new catalytic converter. It takes a week to see a mechanic at our local dealership and I was out the door with the problem fixed in 3 hours.... many thanks. More
