They worked with me! I started out by shopping for one car less than $6K I had chosen one with 134K mileage and I was pre approved! Thought the deal was sealed, but then the bank backed out because of the mileage. I was upset and bummed out but Tim kept in contact with me and went to management to battle for me. While we were working on this my car continues to give me problems! I was looking for a car to help my brother. It really liked a car he showed us. So with the great customer service provided by Tim, Kris Haagenson and the sales manager (I failed to get his business card). I walked out of there with TWO cars! I appreciate all they did for me and they knew I was upset and they worked until 10:30 pm to get things done for me! I will definitely be going back for my next car and referring business to them! I met with Kale a few days prior to taking my wife to the dealership for her to make a decision on a vehicle. I told Kale what to expect from my wife as far as what she would be looking at. When we went to the dealership together, Kale had a good idea what to show my wife and let her test drive 3 cars, he saved the best for last as my Wife fell in love with it right away and we purchased the vehicle. Financing was easy and they even accepted our title with a promise to bring in our trade in which was in the shop a few days later. This was one of the best car buying experience that we ever had in purchasing a new vehicle. More

Win/Win as the dealer gave me a good payoff for my car and assisted in that manner, while they got to keep some of their add-ons and tag price on the vehicle. I got a new car, and they got their money's worth on add-ons and minimal drop off the dealer tag, so revenue is good from this purchase. Not so Positive The Dealership, has no sense of urgency. The response below from Flip the manager is a generic cut and paste response, and took my call when my deal was almost a month in to try and assist. Tried following up afterwards with Flip regarding status updates on my deal and payoff, did not return my calls the two times I had asked for an update or further assistance. He has a obligation to respond to these, but the empathy is simply damage control and doesn't mean anything if you don't follow-up with your customers. Purchase date was 5/20/17, vehicle was finally paid off almost a full month later. I made more than 6 visits to the dealership, not including the two times my wife had to return to sign her part of paperwork. Reasons for having to sign again (forgotten paperwork, errors, changes in the financing). Yes I got a free tank of gas, but the frustration was beyond I could ever ask for and continues to be frustrating as my temporary tags expire June 29th, today being June 27th and have made four phone calls. My permanent registration has not arrived 37 days into my purchase, and no one has returned my calls. I worked with a member of sales yesterday to resolve this, and did not return my call nor follow-up on this. The dealership always blames the bank for changes in the financing. Some of the members in financing trash talk the other members, this is a reflection of the leadership in this building. If you do business with this dealership, keep on top of them and get status updates. If the "Bank" keeps pushing back, its usually due to dealerships going over their threshold in payoff, deal, and add-ons as they will try to max them out first, then make minor adjustments to maximize profitability. I don't mind that dealerships make their money, but its not transparent what so ever. I suffer from clinical anxiety, and this made me so stressed I missed some days at work and had to medicate to remain calm during this long ordeal. More
