I ended up buying elsewhere due to deciding on a different car that they didn't have but it was bittersweet as I would have liked to have worked with them. Luis, my salesperson, was awesome! And Ben Peters, the director, was great too. It was a good experience (and it is difficult to say that about car shopping most of the time) and they were very gracious when they found I had decided to buy elsewhere. More

Purchase of 2017 Tucson I went in to SW Hyundai last week to try out 2017 Tucson since I had called before hand and made an appointment with Kale King. Mr. King was well prepared and knew what I was looking for. He knew what my concerns were and was able to tailor my requests to a Tucson that they had on the lot. Kale was very helpful throughout the process. I liked the vehicle that he recommended and asked him to work with the Finance office to secure the deal. The wait was a little long since there were a lot of people in the dealership that day but it was worth the wait. The purchase was approved and drove home with a new SUV. I love it and I had an excellent experience working with Kale and the business office staff. I would recommend them to anyone interested in buying a Hyundai. More
