I took half a day off of work for a recall on my 2013 Elantra. Prior to the appointment I called in to confirm the warranty parts were on hand. After approximately 1 hour the service assistant came by and said he was sorry but that the recall repair parts were not available. He said this miscommunication has been happening due to new employees. I am beyond frustrated. What a waste of time. This has me seriously considering going with another auto brand.
