I took half a day off of work for a recall on my 2013 Elantra. Prior to the appointment I called in to confirm the warranty parts were on hand. The service department confirmed that the recall parts were on hand and everything was ready to go. I arrived for my 2:30 pm appointment today and waited for the car in the waiting area. After approximately 1 hour the service assistant came by and said he was sorry but that the recall repair parts were not available. He said this miscommunication has been happening due to new employees. I am beyond frustrated. What a waste of time. This has me seriously considering going with another auto brand. Very disappointed ☹️ More

Connie continues to provide excellent service, accommodating me even with the online scheduling confusion that had me scheduled at a different location. However, I have consistently found oil stains and smudges on various parts of my car after service that have ended up on me, including the door handle, wheel, dashboard, and console. While I understand why this happens, a courtesy wipe down would greatly improve the overall experience.. More
