Bad service lies about service I have been to the service department twice with the same outcome. There was a part ordered, two months ago, they forgot to call me. When the part was I have been to the service department twice with the same outcome. There was a part ordered, two months ago, they forgot to call me. When the part was ordered I was told I would not have to pay my deductible. Made an appointment two months later, was told I owe the deductible. The service writer is no longer there and didn't leave any notes. Received another call from service department. Went through the entire thing Again. Set up another appointment was told sorry I have to pay the deductible when I was told this week "they would take care of me". Still car not fixed. They lie big time. Don't go to there service department. They have had a large turnover in personnel. Make you wonder if it is because they don't stand behind what they say. Don't go there!! More
