Worst experience I have ever had. The buying experience was good. The bad started after I had bought the vehicle. The first and foremost problem was with the detailing of the vehicle. When you buy a vehicle they are supposed to wash it and fill it up with gas. What they did was spray some water on it and wipe it real fast. The Manager even said it looked bad. So they took it back to be washed again and we had already waited for over an hour the first time. When it came back after another spray of water, the Manager from Service I believe said he would have his crew do a full job on it when I brought it back later. To make a long story short, I have now had the vehicle for over a month and they had the vehicle for about a week and a half of that trying to wash it. Never happened. After all that time that it spent over at the Dealership, it still looks bad. Plus after being over there for all that time they still didn't fill up my tank. So needless to say, I am cleaning it myself. I love my Santa Fe Turbo vehicle but the people there just don't give a crap about my situation. Another issue was we were supposed to get a referral check and they have gave us the run a round about that. One month later and still no check. My wife has called them repeatedly and I have asked my Salesman and the manager about it and no one cares. More

Unsatisfactory Salesmanship. Very disorganized We purchased our car September 26, 2017. It took us 4 days to complete purchase. Kept giving us different sales people. They gave us a brand-new salesman & we felt like he didn't know what he was doing: a) Took us for a test drive & we ran out of gas in the middle of a very busy street & he couldn't find gas tank release. b) Kept trying to pressure us to make up our mind. c) Did not offer us any ideas regarding an upgrade,etc. Pushed for one specific car. d) We decided to upgrade and they kept changing sales people on us. Had to bring upgrade from someplace else & did not inform us. e) Took our trade-in to another dealer. I had left something important in car & did not tell us they had given to another dealer. Never retrievd my item from car. f) As we drove away, after purchase, we realized we had never even driven that particular car. g) Never followed up on new registration. Did not receive official registration until middle of November. All in all, I wish I would have checked out another car from a completely different dealer. Would never recommend. More

Disorganized Dealership We got a good deal and then a week later, All the paperwork was apparently wrong. And instead of handling things in one shot, we ended going up there again and again and again..One person doesn't know what the other one is doing...no communication and a very disorganized dealership, the worst we've seen in that regard. They made many errors and what was agreed upon is not what happened. More
