Get everything in writing!!! While getting my wife's leased Tucson serviced I decided to look into the process of turning it in at the end of the lease. Having never leased before While getting my wife's leased Tucson serviced I decided to look into the process of turning it in at the end of the lease. Having never leased before, we purchased extra miles so as not to pay the inflated price if we went over allocated miles. With that being said, I had NO reason to get out of the lease early. Upon asking for information, I was informed I could get out of the lease and purchase one that day. I had no reason to jump the gun, but they asked what it would take to do the deal that day. I responded, same payment as lease payment, and similar car. Perfect! No early termination fee, right? NOPE! I asked numerous times of my sales man and sales manager. Fast forward one month. I get a bill for over $2,200.00 for early termination of lease. I contact sales man, sales manager, and general manager. I was informed they gave me a $2,000.00 discount to get me the into the car. Okay, I have to pay $2,200.00 to get a $2,000.00 discount......right. Sign me up! Is it just me, or does this make absolutely NO sense?! Adding insult to injury, my wife went to speak with the sales manager, and he didn't even have the courtesy to come down off of his throne to speak with her. She felt totally humiliated! Speaking with the general manager, and even corporate headquarters, no one seems to care. All I can say about this dealership, is do your homework, and get everything in writing! They will lie straight to your face to make a sale, and then if you have a legitimate issue, lie some more. I will post reviews warning people about this place on every search engine it shows up More

We will treat you like royalty until you sign. I was promised all the extras in the world. Then they changed the deal without clearly informing me.
