Car purchased in Nov 2021, still no registration. No call from bumper guy that is to buff out scratch that was there. No service report, keep getting service messages on old car traded in. The car is great but am very unhappy with the service department at Hyundai. They recommended services I did not need and not just once. I spoke with reception who said I would get a call. I emailed invoices to the general manager and never received a response back. I will make sure to spread the word to anyone I come across that this scamming of customers goes all the way to the top. My car began having computer-related problems after replacing the 5 year old battery. Alarms and warnings activated and systems shut down while driving (ABS, LKA, electronic transmiddion, AEB, power st replacing the 5 year old battery. I broughtthe car in and was told the problem was a short in the junction box. A new one was well over $800. When the part came in, SW Hyundai replaced it. The problem did not go away. Now what? More

Why do you need a credit application when you're paying cash? Why do you need to sign a test drive agreement when you've already gone on the test drive? Why do you need to sign a service appointment agreement when you're not going to have the vehicle serviced there? This dealership will waste your time and provides horrible service! Go somewhere else and you can't go wrong! More
