Larry Miller Nissan is the best dealer. I live in Gilbert but i prefer to come to this dealer in Mesa for my car services. Recently they fixed my AC by replacing the cooler compressor. I think they probably just hired the new mechanic who knows the issue of my AC because the last two times when I was there they'd failed to resolve the problem with my AC. I recommend this dealer for whoever wants to find a good services. Since the last time when I was there, I think that they've changed for the better, especially with a mechanic who knows how to fix my AC. This has made the customer very happy with the end result. The person (lady with last name Sandoval) who talked to me was very rude and condenscending . Dealership no help at all in helping me with the transmission issue.. Told me the finding was I needed to replace a $2100 front camera. Been taking my vehicle in to this dealership befor my Warranty expired, and techs couldn’t find what the issue is. Today lady kept telling me my Warranty expired and that I needed to service my vehicle. Told her I am aware of Warranty and reiterated a couple times that I had brought it to dealership several times before expiration of warranty and at the time issues with transmission began, no service was needed yet for transmission. There was a tech that was very helpful but he is no longer at this dealership. Apparently she has the money to replace a $2100 camera. More
I brought my car in to have one thing fixed. They decided that I needed 8 things to be looked at. My mechanic looked at their recommendation and all were just done by him or were not needed. We have purchased 3 Nissans from this dealership over the years-- 1 Versa and 2 Rogues We always have our cars serviced there to maintain quality of care and record keeping. This does help maintain the value of the vehicle for trade-in purposes as well. The staff is always cheerfull -- really glad to see us -- helpful and professional. This whole "way of being" has been consistent and reliable for us since May, 2015. Greg Askew was our sales person for our Versa at that time. He is now one of the top managers for this dealership. This indicates their attitude of being good to their whole team in all the various departments. They all knew my husband who passed away 2 years ago. So now, as a widow of 75, it truly is comforting to have these trusted people to help look after me!!! I wish this type of service for everyone who comes through their door. Be sure to ask every question that you have. Their willingness to patiently and thoroughly answer each one will begin to build your trust and comfort with this particular Nissan family!!
