Brought my vehicle to the dealership to take care of a check engine light and a faulty latch in the rear bench seat (it would go up but not lock/stay in place). I had an issue with a brand new 2023 Armada (approx 4500 miles) that was hard to reproduce. Basically, time to time, the fan clutch was making loud roaring noise for longer period of time. I had video recording of it but no pattern to reproduce it. Both my service advisor (Dayana) and technician (Jon) were awesome - even though the issue was hard to reproduce at the dealership, they took time to listen to me and based on the inputs they diagnosed the issue and proposed a solution. I had tried explaining the same issue to another dealer from whom I had purchased my car. However, that did not help. Eventually I got a referral to this dealer from another Nissan Titan owner who had faced the same issue and got it fixed at Larry H Miller. So I came to them and I am glad they worked diligently in trying to resolve the issue. More
