Honestly the best , fastest and friendliest Service i have ever received from a Dealership. Dawn was awesome, she kept me up to date on the progress of my vehicle and the mechanics did a great job diagno have ever received from a Dealership. I really love the maintenance plan that I received when I purchased my 2010 Nissan Versa for 10 yrs or 100,000 miles where I take my car in every 3 mo's or 3,000 miles oil change & rotate my tires and making purchased my 2010 Nissan Versa for 10 yrs or 100,000 miles where I take my car in every 3 mo's or 3,000 miles oil change & rotate my tires and making sure it's in tip top shape. I just brought my car in for its routine maintenance and my warranty ran out. Dustin said that there was a oil leak and he ordered the necessary part to stop the leak. I asked him what is that going to cost me and he said $0, because it has to do with the transmission and it doesn't cost me anything until 10 yrs or 100,000 miles,which ever comes first. Then there was also coolant by pass hose seeping and he checked it out and said that is so minor that nothing needs done at this point and they will keep an eye on it. I had a 200? Maxima which I had purchased from a different Nissan Dealership & I had to replace 3 fuel injectors and I was told I was out of warranty. I said no I'm not, as I brought the car 200? but he said the car was built in 200? & that's what they go by so, I ended up paying a large amount of money. Then I found out later that, that dealership is known for ripping people off and I've always heard horrible stories about how dealerships rip off their customer. However since coming to your dealership I've not only experience top service but I also over hear other customers say nothing but good about Larry H. Miller Mesa Nissan Dealership. So all I can say is Kudos, Kudos, to you for outstanding sales & service center.. More
Very good service. Is a nice dealer. If you don't want to wait in there, there are a lot of shops close by. If you do want to wait in there the atmosphere is great. Took car to get a/c control, clicking in dash, and heater fixed. My wife picked up the car and the a/c control worked. A couple of miles down the road the clicking in the dash went off again. Then we took the car back and then they said we need to order parts and we will let you know when they come in. Week later no word so I called Rob back and asked if they are in, "They are backed ordered but should be in soon". Week later the same. The next week the same. A month later of getting put off I called the manager, "Rob said he Rob was going to call you today, because the part came in". Rob called later and we took the car in. We took the car in and they fixed the clicking and the heater worked. The following day the heater is no longer working and there is a puddle of fluid under the car. The clowns failed to put the cap on the radiator overflow. What ever you do stay away from this place if you want your car fixed the first time and in a timely manor. I thought this would be a good place to go being that it is a dealership.....I was wrong : ( More
