Got an oil change appointmen within a hour, talked to Dawn Dowen, which was a very pleasant person to talk to. When we got there Dawn was busy with another customer, but instead of having to wait anothe Dawn Dowen, which was a very pleasant person to talk to. Experience I really liked that when I pulled into the service area, someone came out immediately to assist. When Nick came to look at my car and mentioned that m I really liked that when I pulled into the service area, someone came out immediately to assist. When Nick came to look at my car and mentioned that my vehicle is up for the 45,000 mile maintenance, he provided me the cost, but did not pressure me to get the service done now. He did what I had asked and notated it on my invoice/receipt at the end of the service. And although i waited about an hour, I personally felt it was a quick turn around time from the time i dropped my car off for service. More
I have been with this company since 1194. This is my second purchase and servicing with them. They take the time to patiently explain what needs to be done with the car. My car must always be in the safety zone, and to be brief, this company makes sure the car being serviced keeps me on that track. More
I've owned my 2012 versa sv since mid-nov 2011. I've only gone to LHM Nissan for service. Always received top-notch service. I use them for my "every 3 or 4 mo" service. Very speedy.....Always pleasant.....and when I had a recall issue, it was fixed quickly. Ditto when I've driven in without an appointment. I had a problem (my fault) within 48 hours of getting car, and they drove to my house to check/fix it (that was embarrassing!!!) THey are always willing to answer questions. (and sometimes they get a box of Dunkin' donuts !! More

Honestly the best , fastest and friendliest Service i have ever received from a Dealership. Dawn was awesome, she kept me up to date on the progress of my vehicle and the mechanics did a great job diagno have ever received from a Dealership. I really love the maintenance plan that I received when I purchased my 2010 Nissan Versa for 10 yrs or 100,000 miles where I take my car in every 3 mo's or 3,000 miles oil change & rotate my tires and making purchased my 2010 Nissan Versa for 10 yrs or 100,000 miles where I take my car in every 3 mo's or 3,000 miles oil change & rotate my tires and making sure it's in tip top shape. I just brought my car in for its routine maintenance and my warranty ran out. Dustin said that there was a oil leak and he ordered the necessary part to stop the leak. I asked him what is that going to cost me and he said $0, because it has to do with the transmission and it doesn't cost me anything until 10 yrs or 100,000 miles,which ever comes first. Then there was also coolant by pass hose seeping and he checked it out and said that is so minor that nothing needs done at this point and they will keep an eye on it. I had a 200? Maxima which I had purchased from a different Nissan Dealership & I had to replace 3 fuel injectors and I was told I was out of warranty. I said no I'm not, as I brought the car 200? but he said the car was built in 200? & that's what they go by so, I ended up paying a large amount of money. Then I found out later that, that dealership is known for ripping people off and I've always heard horrible stories about how dealerships rip off their customer. However since coming to your dealership I've not only experience top service but I also over hear other customers say nothing but good about Larry H. Miller Mesa Nissan Dealership. So all I can say is Kudos, Kudos, to you for outstanding sales & service center.. More
