This Place Is A Joke! What a shame. So I brought my 2008 Altima Coupe to this dealership due to the car not starting. Keep in mind I only have 65,000 miles on my car. It What a shame. So I brought my 2008 Altima Coupe to this dealership due to the car not starting. Keep in mind I only have 65,000 miles on my car. It was not the battery, it had something to do with the ignition switch and the brake. I get Sam as a person who meets me in the service area. I tell Sam the issues and they said they will check it out and get me squared away. Sam also asks if I would like my car washed as well. I said why not. In November of last year, I paid Midway Nissan to complete 4,000 of work on my car...the head gaskets were leaking, as well as a fluid flush, engine mounts, a brand new battery, and other odds and ends. This Nissan is closer than Midway because I just moved. So an hour later Sam calls me back and says yes we found the issue, brake switch, hub, and electrical total cost 450.00 or more. I almost started to cry considering I just spent 4,000 to practically rebuild the engine. I came and picked up my car. It was never washed and Sam gave me a inspection sheet from his mechanic cronies that stated the oil cooler is leaking, power steering suction hose is leaking, engine mount separated, brake fluid service, power steering service, and a fuel system service. Um...I think not, all that was completed in November by Midway Nissan's certified mechanic Aaron Clyde. I had a credit at Midway, so I called Mike Rios who stated that even though it is further away, he will take care of me and use my credit. I also got in contact with the mechanic who stated the price they quoted me seems off. Low and behold I took my car to Midway Nissan, was given a rental car 2013 Altima, gave Aaron the inspection sheet, and told him what these clowns quoted me. Yesterday I picked up my car and Mike Rios had it washed, Aaron fixed it, and there was a clean inspection handed to me. So the moral of my story is this; This Nissan is a joke. Over charging me as if I am stupid, saying they will wash my car then never do, and expressing to me that all these things need to be fixed when of course it was not needed. Not only will I never go back to these yahoos' but I will make certain word of mouth by me pertaining to this dealership is nothing but horrible service and lies. Great service I brought my Canadian Murano in for an oil change before driving back home to Canada. The service reception area is spotless. I was very quickly intr I brought my Canadian Murano in for an oil change before driving back home to Canada. The service reception area is spotless. I was very quickly introduced to my service advisor and escorted to a comfortable waiting area which included snacks and coffee. The oil change service included a complete analysis, and I was pleased that the analysis was honest. The advisor stated that the suggested wheel alignment was not critical and could wait until I had returned to Canada. I did consent to replace the front wiper blades, as I knew these were getting old and worn. I was on my way in less than an hour. Very pleasant and positive experience! More
Better than the Nissan dealership at the Autoplex Previously took my truck for service to the Nissan center at the Autoplex near Ahwatukee. Service always took a long time. So did shuttle service.
