My first time there and my last time never again I had a lady who told me she was fairly new and she was training a new person. He walked away and she never listens to you when you talk. Let me give you a little back story on how My Email to the GM with no response. I wanted to speak with you about my experience at your dealership. Let me give you a little back story on how we got to me emailing you. I purchased a 2018 midnight edition Titan last week from you. $50000 truck. The reason I came all the way over from Peoria to your dealership was because of my talk with Josh in sales and how they could beat the offer from Culter Nissan. Come to find out that there was a mistake in adding up the sale price. I was not happy with how my credit was ran so many times especially with a pre approved offer from Capital one. This did not leave a great impression but I was excited about getting my first Brand new truck. Here is where my concerns are. I took the truck home and realized it needed an alignment, the piece that turns on all the interior lights was broken off and the most concerning thing was a defect in the paint on the passenger front door. I scheduled an appointment to have someone look at the alignment for Monday at 11:30 and at that time i brought up the broken interior piece and the concern with the paint on the door. I was told they would not be able to look at my truck until 2 pm...that I would have to talk to sales about the paint... and that the interior part was not just an easy fix. I then asked to speak to a service manager. I was told he was gone for an 1hr and a half but once he was in he would talk with me. I decided to wait. While I was waiting I asked someone to contact sales manager in order to look at the paint. No one came. I then waited about an hour and asked to speak with the Service manager again. He was there smoking and I was told he was not in. I then went and found the Sales manager and asked him if he could see what they are going to do about this and was told he would call service. I waited another 2 hrs watching in the window my truck sitting there with no one working on it. I then voiced my concerns again to the sales manager and he actually walked me in the back to take a look at the paint. He said he would get the used car manager to see what he could do. Which he never came. I then went back to the service department and asked my truck was just sitting there? They said it was in the back getting worked on. I looked in the window and it was just sitting there. I watched as 10 people came and went with their cars. I asked for the Service Manager again and again I was given the run around. By this time it was 3:00 and my truck comes back dirty and only the tires rotated. They said they didn't wash it because I was in a hurry. They did not do the alignment because they didn't want to scratch my wheels and also the interior piece is on back order so I would have to come back in maybe 2 weeks. So I left at around 3:30pm and as I was driving away the Def fluid sensor kicks on and says its low. I return to the dealership and ask them about this. They say it will cost $22 to fill it. I am confused on this because I have only put a half a tank of diesel in. Finally one of your technicians helped me and filled it up for free and told me it was supposed to be done at the factory. I just am really confused on why I would ever buy anything from you guys again or return to service. I wanted to reach out to you before I post or fill out a review. I missed out on 4 plus hours of work because no one wanted to just tell me I would need to come back or who I should talk with. I also called asking for your email and they acted like I was crazy and asked me 20 questions but the girl was actually nice and gave it to me. She was being coached in the background. very unprofessional but that is just my thoughts. I would say your sales manager and your technician were helpful. Your service manager watched from the window as I drove away. More

Factory Yokohama tires can’t track in a straight line, and the cruise control will not resume to the previously set speed when going down hill. Had to sell the car with only 7k miles. 😩 More
Quick, Kind Service I brought my car in for repairs at 4pm on a Monday. Pathfinder I had just purchased a used pathfinder SL and the next day, I had some issues with the transmission, It was under the 60K warranty and brought the veh I had just purchased a used pathfinder SL and the next day, I had some issues with the transmission, It was under the 60K warranty and brought the vehicle in and told them what happened. Carolee was on it and after the service agent could duplicate the issue, LM Nissan provided me with a vehicle for a few days as they ordered a new valve control assembly and installed. I was back with my vehicle within 2 days. Thank you More
