So I arrived at the dealership and this worker comes and greets me and is very nice and starts creating a conversation and offered really good customer service. So this guy that I got assigned to checked my greets me and is very nice and starts creating a conversation and offered really good customer service. So this guy that I got assigned to checked my car and got me checked in for my appointment. The nice guy stayed and said how are you doing and talking about traveling and when him and I were talking the guy that I got assigned too looked at us and said I’m waiting for you guys to stop talking in a bad tone of voice and I complained because it bugged me. I didn’t make it a big deal until this guy came up to me in front of other customers saying I don’t know what kind of culture you have or how you were raised but I was not rude and this is how I was raised and from there I asked for a different person. The guy I got assigned to in the first place was Samuel on March 8th 2021 at 8:57 am and when I requested a different person he brought back Michael which was fabulous by the way but Samuel said to me that this is Michael and he will be dealing with you.
