I purchased a new catalytic converter Aug 2022. I believe it was faulty from the start, but I did not realize this until 3-1/2 months (and 26,000 miles) later Nov 2022. When I complained to the dealer, he advised me that the item carried a 12month/12,000 mile warranty. Since I had driven more than 12,000 miles he advised me that the warranty was void. Also, since I drive for Uber/Lyft, he advised me that the warranty would have been void anyway because my use is considered 'commercial.' The Service Manager suggested that I call Customer Service. I did and he further advised me that since the mileage on my vehicle is 200,000 they would do nothing about the warranty because of the high mileage (xxx?). I am certainly not enamored with my experience regarding this repair! (BTW, my regular mechanic said his catalytic converter comes with 2year/unlimited mileage warranty -- no strings attached! I am having to go to him to have another CC installed to the tune of another $1,200. Again, not happy with Larry Miller. If that is the kind of support that Nissan offers their customers, I certainly do not recommend them. Period! More

We brought our Sentra to Joshua Judd he got back to us when promised he suggested some preventative maintenance after we discussed what we came in for. The car was delivered early . He was perfect. Samuel was my service representative and is always professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He goes above and beyond to ensure my car is serviced when there are issues before I leave or I reschedule professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I appreciate this dealer but I only wish they had food or a salon or something on site because it's so boring waiting there....a nice coffee bar (no not a keurig machine) would satisfy me because I've waited hours and they've told me I can go to the mall but I hate shopping....other dealers have installed salons or food on site so why not Nissan????? That's my ONLY gripe and I'm only giving 5 stars for Sam not the dealership....otherwise I'd give it a 4 for boredom and the crappy music and atmosphere inside. Overall the staff is very nice but the place is boooooooring. 🥴😴 so bring a book if you gotta wait or something else to do like me I crochet! More
