Courteous and helpful. We arrived on time for the car appointment. Unfortunately it took 3-1/2 hours to fix a tire leak so we barely made it to a medical appointment (and w We arrived on time for the car appointment. Dear Management: For 6 months I've be getting the run around about my Frontier stereo that's still under warranty. I was told many times a new stereo was on order. Your dealership told me it had to be re around about my Frontier stereo that's still under warranty. I was told many times a new stereo was on order. Your dealership told me it had to be replaced. Now mysteriously you can't find one. I guess your service department can't Google cause i found two at other Nissan dealerships. I proposed you give my the $1400 credit and I'll get a new stereo installed. Now my only option is for you to keep it for 3 weeks give it to a 3rd source vendor who knows if or when id ever get it back. Poor Josue and Lisa are stuck in the middle of this no brainer. No driving around for a month without a stereo or front vents is ridiculous. More
