When I asked about a maintenance service for my vehicle I was lied to. I assume they only want to do the easiest jobs and can't handle actually caring for the longevity of my vehicle. I had no service appointment and arrived around 8am. The service representative Joshue was able to fit me in. He answered all my questions, made suggestions and kept me informed through text and in pers The service representative Joshue was able to fit me in. On my previous service I was told tires were rotated, yet tire that had a slow leak was still on the same position when I went the next day to get repaired. This time service I was out of windshield wiper fl tire that had a slow leak was still on the same position when I went the next day to get repaired. This time service I was out of windshield wiper fluid. Was told it would be filled as part of checkpoints. Asked serviced advisor if it was filled and he checked the car while bringing up front. He said it was all set. A mile later the alert comes on and I test the wipers, no fluid. What else is being marked off as checked on the report but not actually being checked? Will have to find another service provider since this one is proving to be untrustworthy. More
