Took my 2017 Nissan Pathfinder in for service prior to going on road trip during spring break at my appointed scheduled time. I was a bit hesitant to take my vehicle back because my first time there for an oil change was not a through inspection. Better yet there was no inspection because I had some rear brake pads very low and a first time there for an oil change was not a through inspection. Better yet there was no inspection because I had some rear brake pads very low and about a week later I was hearing some noise. I ended up having to replace my rotors because the pads ended up messing them up costing me an additional $200. My last advisor Lisa was awesome and took really good care of me and my vehicle. I will definitely go back. More
I took my vehicle there for recalls! Has noon appointment and waited for over 3 hours. I was told it would take 2 hours. I went to service desk in 1 3/4 hours to find out status- they had not even started on it and Lisa told me I should make a morning appointment if I wanted to avoid rush hour- my appt was at noon and I was there shortly before that. She told me it would take another hour- I said if it was not done I’d take it elsewhere and she said “ok”! She drove my car outside at 3:15! I was NOT happy with your customer service!! And I will not return to your dealership! You may just have lost a sale on a new Nissan! More
