I appreciated how quickly Mike was able to get a deal negotiated that met my financial budget. There was no back and forth and multiple managers necessary to get the deal completed. I am living on a fixed income and this purchase was a major expense for me. I needed lots of information and time to reflect on what I was going to commit myself to. I was given that time. That is very important to me. Everyone I encountered in my 3 plus hours at the dealership was friendly and professional. Because I was so impressed, I purchased a service agreement for my new Juke and will be bringing it back to LHM for service. My past experience with auto purchases has not been stellar. Laura, Frank, and everyone else I met are an asset to the organization. I used the internet to research this purchase. I didn't realize that my queries would be sent to every dealership in the area. Laura was the first person to respond. The early bird got the sale. Although if she hadn't been as pleasant and well-informed as she is, I would have gone elsewhere. More
