I had an issue with a brand new 2023 Armada (approx 4500 miles) that was hard to reproduce. Basically, time to time, the fan clutch was making loud roaring noise for longer period of time. I had video recording of it but no pattern to reproduce it. Both my service advisor (Dayana) and technician (Jon) were awesome - even though the issue was hard to reproduce at the dealership, they took time to listen to me and based on the inputs they diagnosed the issue and proposed a solution. I had tried explaining the same issue to another dealer from whom I had purchased my car. However, that did not help. Eventually I got a referral to this dealer from another Nissan Titan owner who had faced the same issue and got it fixed at Larry H Miller. So I came to them and I am glad they worked diligently in trying to resolve the issue. More

Larry Miller Nissan is the best dealer. I live in Gilbert but i prefer to come to this dealer in Mesa for my car services. Recently they fixed my AC by replacing the cooler compressor. I think they probably just hired the new mechanic who knows the issue of my AC because the last two times when I was there they'd failed to resolve the problem with my AC. I recommend this dealer for whoever wants to find a good services. Since the last time when I was there, I think that they've changed for the better, especially with a mechanic who knows how to fix my AC. This has made the customer very happy with the end result. The first person I was to meet with called me 3 times, (Rick), and I said I would be there every time. He wasn't there when I got there. The other sales person, James was very nice and we had a few very g (Rick), and I said I would be there every time. He wasn't there when I got there. The other sales person, James was very nice and we had a few very good conversations about history. I couldn't believe how fast time had gone bye. I wanted to be out in 45 min. I could have stayed for a few more hours just talking to James. He is very knowledgeable about the Nissan brand and a great conversationalist. Great experience with James. More
