I had a wonderful experience. Andy was very helpful and answered all the questions I may have had. Michaal very accomodating also. Both were very personable and very friendly. I emailed the dealership on a Thursday morning looking for the availability of a Nissan Cube and had it delivered to my house on Friday evening. I didn't even have to leave the house! Of course I was lu for the availability of a Nissan Cube and had it delivered to my house on Friday evening. I didn't even have to leave the house! Of course I was lucky you had a car I wanted on the lot, but the dealership made the sale VERY easy for me. I was surprised JUJU and Barry went so much out of their way to drive the car from Mesa to Tucson. That was very kind. Both gentlemen are very personable and helpful. The lower rating I gave on price is just a reflection on my sticker shock. Since I hadn't purchased a car for 10 years I couldn't beleve how expensive they've become. Of course even the basic model is loaded with stuff that has to be paid for -- even if I didn't want it; things like blue tooth and iPod connectivity, an alarm, power locks, the list is endless. And we don't intend to ever get a cell phone or iPod. Lastly, since we intend to have this car another 10 years resale value isn't an issue with us. Maybe in 10 years some manufacturer will be selling just a basic (but cute) car that we'll be able to buy. More
Everyone very friendly (of course they want to sell a car). But I felt very comfortable dealing with everyone including Angela the finance lady (now if she had gotten me a lower interest rate, it would car). Time, of course, will tell if the deal is as good as it looks at this point. The purchase price at the end of the lease is fixed at $13,500 and, after thinking about it further, that price probably will n looks at this point. Other then that, the meeting with the individuals mentioned above was cordial and comfortable. I gave a "5" rating for price even though I disagree on the aforementioned purchase price. I gave that rating because I felt the lease price was fair. Certainly will recommend LHM to others. More
Why? It was a very good experience. We changed cars (with and added cost) but are very satisfied. SUGGESTION:After purchase auto service--- Give us a card od service Mgr.or a tour of where it is? Sales reps were rude, sales manager working with the sales rep was rude, finance gent who called me and haggled the price more was rude. We have purchased 17 new vehicles over the last 20 years or so, and our visit to Larry Miller Nissan was one of the best dealership experiences we have had, it was actually painless! We were in and out wit or so, and our visit to Larry Miller Nissan was one of the best dealership experiences we have had, it was actually painless! We were in and out within 3 hours from start to finish, both our salesman "Gino" and our finance person "Frank" were very friendly and easy to work with. We have had great experiences at other dealerships but never with both departments (sales and finance). We would definitely refer friends and family to Larry Miller Nissan! More

My old pathfinder had an issue. Service department was very honest and sincere about the issue and supported me to meet with roger. They made me feel at home for getting the new vehicle. Its important to find trust which i felt that this dealer offerd to me (has been through ongoing experience of service dept). More
