The service we received at Larry H Miller Nissan was outstanding. There was no pressure, no hype, no passing off to a manager or no "hounds" in the sales lot. Andy casually walked up to us, asked if t outstanding. There was no pressure, no hype, no passing off to a manager or no "hounds" in the sales lot. Andy casually walked up to us, asked if there was anything he could help us with, and answered every question we had about the Versa. We didn't want a fancy, high end car, just one that got great gas mileage and was comfortable. The Versa fit the bill and Andy made us feel like we were buying a Mercedes. My only reservation would be we never saw the final sales figures until we were in the finance department. I know that would have been difficult until they secured financing for us, so that was almost an afterthought. The experience all in all, was wonderful. I didn't feel like I was hunted down like an animal in your sales lot (yes, we have had this experience at another dealership), our ID's weren't held for ransom until we talked to a sales manager about their "deal" (yes, this happened elsewhere), and we weren't "surrounded by a manager and 4 sales associates in the parking lot as we tried to leave so they could work up a better deal for us, (yes, this too happened to us). Your sales staff acted with dignity as both YOUR representative and OURS. Thank you. It has been a pleasure working with your organization. Next we will see how well your service department works, as we do have a couple of issues that need to be tended to.
