I give the sales team a 10 out of 10. I was extremely impressed with the patience and integrity of the sales personnel, Christophe. He listened to my guidelines and addressed my concerns. I took my daughter to negotiate since she is so much better at it than I am. He also treated her with respect and listened to what she was saying and asking. They started low on our trade-in, but came up to Blue Book on it and threw in a few options to close the deal. They were able to find the car I wanted and do a dealer trade then add my options and deliver the car to me several hours later. There was none of that playing games, going back and forth between us and the manager. The manager came out to help and addressed our concerns. Robert took me out in the car I purchased and demonstrated the features to make sure I understood how to use them and fully utilize my new car's potential. I love the new car! I dreaded looking for one. I did my research beforehand, and the Larry Miller crew took care of the rest. I will definitely send my family members and friends to this dealership.
