I had been lied to and jerked around over at Earnhardt Nissan. The salesman I was supposed to meet was busy closing another deal and the Inet director helped out. When I spoke to Frank on the phone, he understood what I was looking for and was not pushy, but asked good questions. We expressed our concerns about our vehicle needs and Eddie our salesman listened. We discussed how we were treated when dealing with another dealership and how that unnamed dealership (off of Bell Rd wi Eddie our salesman listened. We discussed how we were treated when dealing with another dealership and how that unnamed dealership (off of Bell Rd with a similar brand name) made us not want to stay with the NISSAN brand. They did everything in their power to make us feel at home, comfortable, and appreciated. We recieved outstanding customer service in all aspects of the sale and they deomonstrated excellence. Mr. Solomon help me get into a car that would fit my need and what I could afford. Also Chris Roberts was very helpful and very nice to me. From the very start, Christophe Roberts expressed a strong focus on customer service.
