Extremely Bad Service experience!! This was the absolute worst service experience I've ever had in my 49 years on this planet. The second worst was my last visit there when, your service advisor wanted to "watch" critically leaking seals even when the technician working on my vehicle told him they needed to be changed . This time, your service representative was slow, unorganized, uninformative, and unaccommodating. I literally went back to her desk 6 times to find out the status of my vehicle and she never knew what was going on. I spent 7 hours there for something that should have literally taken no longer than an hour, which is why I waited in the first place. My 1st mistake was buying a vehicle from you and, the second was buying that bogus warranty that mandates me to return there for repairs, in addition to all the excuses made not to cover repairs. If it weren't for that, I'd never return. More

When I emailed Josh, he was very helpful and not pushy. When I went to Larry Miller, I was assisted by Wayne. He got right to the point and let me know what he could do. He didn't try to play games or lie to me. We worked out a great deal and I left within 2 hours of arriving at the dealership in MY BRAND NEW CAR!!!!! Experience I really liked that when I pulled into the service area, someone came out immediately to assist. When Nick came to look at my car and mentioned that m I really liked that when I pulled into the service area, someone came out immediately to assist. When Nick came to look at my car and mentioned that my vehicle is up for the 45,000 mile maintenance, he provided me the cost, but did not pressure me to get the service done now. He did what I had asked and notated it on my invoice/receipt at the end of the service. And although i waited about an hour, I personally felt it was a quick turn around time from the time i dropped my car off for service. More
