Bruce Weiss was the person assigned to us and reached out via email. He told me that he had found the Xterra we were looking for but it was in Tuscon. Bruce gave me the price via email. We scheduled a time on Saturday to test drive an Xterra with no intention to actually purchase the vehicle until we had loan notification from the credit union. When we took the test drive we fell in love with the Xterra, so we decided to buy the vehicle that Bruce found in Tuscon for us. The process took just at 3 hours including financing and procuring the vehicle from the Tuscon dealership. We took delivery of the Xterra the next day when Bruce came in on his day off to make sure the vehicle was cleaned and detailed. I WILL purchase another vehicle from Bruce and I would highly recommend that if anyone who reads this is in the market for a new or used vehicle, not just a Nissan, call Bruce Weiss, he will take excellent care of you and you will be a customer of his for life, just like we are. I returned his call, but he was with a customer, so I decided to just go down to the dealership without an appointment. Bruce was nice enough still sit down with me and go over my options. I was looking to lease a car at first because I wanted to lower my payment. Unfortunately, because of the car I had bought a year ago had high miles on it, but was a newer year model, I was upside down in the car. Bruce took the time to run a report to check exactly where I was at with my current car and payoff and did some brainstorming with me to really find out what I wanted that was in my price range. At this time, Bruce had two more customers that came in that had appointments with him, he quickly set them up with his associates and continued working with me throughout the day. Bruce was very honest with me about where I was at in my current car, and provided me clear and direct information about what my options were so that I could still keep in the payment price range I needed to be in. By the end of the day, I found myself in a brand new car! This is my first band new car, and I could not be happier. My payments are a small amount more than I paid for a 2011 car that had 70,000 miles on it; for a brand new car, I thought that was pretty good!
