Prius service The fist day was fine. We were checked in on time and the 55,000 mile service work was completed on time. They found a "cracked transmission mount" The fist day was fine. We were checked in on time and the 55,000 mile service work was completed on time. They found a "cracked transmission mount" which was not in stock so we had to schedule a second day service appointment. We left the car overnight and drove a loaner car home. When we went back they informed us they had made a mistake and the transmission mount was OK so they did not change it out. The second trip was a waste of time. . More

I had reached the end of my patience when I got an e-mail to see if I was interested in trading it in for something newer. I contacted Greg and told him exactly the terms under which I would consider a trade. Greg did exactly what he said, stayed within my terms and got me into a brand new car with no money down and lowered my interest rate from 13.9 to 2.9 w/financung through Nisaan. I'm very pleased and feel I was treated well. I will definitely be returning when its time to think about future purchases. More

No hassle oil change Brought my wife's 2001 vw cabrio in for oil change. Price is very competitive and will purchase the maintenance package Next scheduled visit. I have a 5 year old nissan I have brought their for oil changes and some misc repair. Satisfied With the service. Only negative would be that the quotes I have gotten on repair items have been way to much. For example, I was quoted $750 for front struts on my car and my old mechanic I have used for years did it for $430 He did a great job used good quality parts and my car feels great. I can justify that kind of a difference in having the dealer Do it. I think the major difference comes from the labor rates which are about 35% higher. Thanks. I do like your service and have had some other things done on smaller $ amounts like motor mounts. More

Will never go back to this dealer again I got a quote for 4 NV200 vans at $19,300 out the door from Adam yesterday. I needed them for my business starting Monday and indicated I was on a ti I got a quote for 4 NV200 vans at $19,300 out the door from Adam yesterday. I needed them for my business starting Monday and indicated I was on a time crunch. I specifically asked him for the out the door price which he quoted numerous times at $19,300. I even called back and spoke with a different salesman, Andre, because today was Adam's day off. He again confirmed the price and I could come down and purchase. I went to pickup the vans with cash and was told the price would no longer be honored that there wan an error, how convenient. Hoping this was just a fluke by some scummy salesmen I called back and asked to speak to the store manger, Bill Brixey. The receptionist informed me he had left for the day and I could speak to Cassady Russel. When I spoke to Cassady he literally screamed at me and informed me that he was the store manager and didn't really care about my issue. When I asked on numerous occasions how I could contact the store manager he informed me he was the store manager and I was not talking to anyone above him. He then proceed to hang up on me, real professional. I now have 4 employees starting on Monday at $75,000/year with no way to start working. Thanks Larry H. Miller. -Jeremy More

Best Nissan Dealership in the Valley I'm a recent college grad and this was my first new car purchase. I went to 2 other Nissan dealerships before going to Larry H. Luckily I went to LHM and they were AMAZING. No games and worked with me to figure out the best deals for ME. All of the staff were friendly and helpful and my salesperson, Wayne Johnson, was wonderful! He was nice, straightforward, helpful and I truly felt that he had my best interest in mind. I will recommend them till I am blue in the face. More

Best sales person you can work with Josh Sun was amazing. My husband and I went to just about every dealerships in the east valley and central Phoenix. We were laughed at by most when both our credit scores were in 500 s only one of us working family of 6 so demanding a used , 3rd row seat, fuel efficient, low mileage vehicle with only making 200 dollar monthly payments. I was certain someone out there would have such a vehicle and help us. Josh Sun was there to make it happen including lowering down a price by the thousands so it would fit our budget.
