Great service I brought my Canadian Murano in for an oil change before driving back home to Canada. The service reception area is spotless. I was very quickly intr I brought my Canadian Murano in for an oil change before driving back home to Canada. The service reception area is spotless. I was very quickly introduced to my service advisor and escorted to a comfortable waiting area which included snacks and coffee. The oil change service included a complete analysis, and I was pleased that the analysis was honest. The advisor stated that the suggested wheel alignment was not critical and could wait until I had returned to Canada. I did consent to replace the front wiper blades, as I knew these were getting old and worn. I was on my way in less than an hour. Very pleasant and positive experience! More
Better than the Nissan dealership at the Autoplex Previously took my truck for service to the Nissan center at the Autoplex near Ahwatukee. Service always took a long time. So did shuttle service. Great experience with Dustin Kingston Dustin contacted us about trading our 2013 Altima and Jim scheduled an appointment for 1:15pm on Monday March 23rd to discuss a possible trade. While there I brought to their attention the fact that my last service had a 4 wheel alignm Brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. While there I brought to their attention the fact that my last service had a 4 wheel alignment and that the steering wheel was not centered. They where very quick to accept responsibility and correct the mistake at no cost to me. Being honest about mistakes and correcting them is what I have come to expect from the level of service at LHM Nissan Riverview. It's why we bought both Murano's there. More
